Shipping and Returns


Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Speed Services or DHL or FEDEX with tracking. Signatures are compulsory and the buyer must make themselve available at the time of delivery. If you prefer your own courier / shipping company, please contact us before purchasing.

Shipping can be grouped and a discount can be applied to the total purchase. This may only apply to three or more products purchased in one transaction and not separate transactions.

On certain products a handling charge may be incurred. This will be communicated to the buyer before purchase on the product listing page.

Great care is taken in handling and shipping of goods. Goods are packaged with reasonable amount of packaging. Goods must be inspected by the buyer at the time of receipt / delivery in the presence of the courier agent delivering the goods as to ascertain if any damages have occurred during transit.

Certain products qualifies for FREE Delivery** in all major major metropolitan areas in South Africa.

International Buyers, please ask for shipping quotation first.

**FREE Delivery applies within a maximum radius of 50KM from any major metropolitan area, example - 50 KM from Durban or Cape Town or Randburg etc.**

Bank delays / Public holidays will definitely delay shipping. Please take this into consideration when purchasing.

Although items may be in Stock, unforeseen problems may arise e.g physical stock may vary from system stock counts. If these problems occur the buyer will be immediately notified. Refunds will be processed if stock cannot be sourced within a reasonable time frame or buyer requires it.



Online Car Parts accepts returns. Buyers must obtain a reference number before returning any goods.

Shipping costs on returns are for the buyers account. If goods fall under the warranty period, Online car parts will pay the shipping costs back to the customer.

Electric and Electronic goods go through rigorous testing prior to the consumer receiving it. All Manufacturers do not accept returns on electric or electronic items.

If the incorrect part has been dispatched from the part purchased by the buyer, Online car Parts will pay for the shipping back to us.

If the buyer has purchased the incorrect part and is returning the part, shipping costs are for the buyers account. Incorrect purchases must be unused and in original packaging so that  Online Car Parts may be able to resell the goods. If the goods show any sign of use / grease / debri and cannot be reasonably resold, the buyer will not receive a credit and will be asked to pick up goods from Online Car Parts or pay shipping costs for the goods to be returned. 

Whilst the goods are under warranty, Acts of GOD are NOT covered. Please do not return these types of warranty claims as you will incur unnecessary costs.


Guarantee / Warranty

1. Products carry a 3, 6 or 12 month warranty, which are stated at time of purchase.

2. Certain products e.g. Regulators, Electric / Electronic parts do not carry any warranty.

3. Whilst the goods are under warranty, Acts of GOD are NOT covered. Please do not return  these  types of warranty claims as you will incur unnecessary costs.
